1. Agreement and beta status
These terms govern an invite-only CertDraft subscription provided by the CertDraft beta operator. The Stripe order and these terms form the agreement unless a separate signed order applies.
2. Drafting boundary
CertDraft drafts and cites Florida condominium and HOA estoppel responses. It does not provide legal advice, determine enforceability, opine on reserves or litigation, certify answers, sign, file, or deliver a response for the customer. Every output is a customer-reviewed draft.
3. Subscription and usage
The launch plans are $799 per month for 25 new document jobs or $1,299 per month for 75. Initial processing consumes one unit. Retries, review, rendering, and revisions of the same job do not consume another unit. Hard limits require upgrade or renewal; there are no surprise overages.
4. Supported documents
Production supports only the versioned Florida condominium and HOA estoppel templates. Unknown customer templates fail as unsupported. Form 1076 is optional and disabled until its separate validation gate passes.
5. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for authority to process each document, source accuracy and currency, final review of every citation and exception, final approval, signature, legal review where appropriate, fees, deadlines, and external delivery. CertDraft’s software performs pre-approval evidence and artifact audits; it does not replace the customer’s final authorized decision.
6. Review and revision
Unsupported negatives, contradictions, low-confidence results, customer-only fields, and counsel-required decisions remain visible. A correction creates an immutable override, increments revision, invalidates prior approval, and disables exports until the current revision is reapproved.
7. Confidentiality, retention, and deletion
Each party protects confidential information using reasonable care. Customer-selected retention is 7, 30, or 90 days. Deletion revokes access immediately and schedules active and recoverable backup purge within eight days, subject to disclosed content-free records.
8. Beta warranty and liability
The beta may change with reasonable notice and is provided “as is” and “as available” except as expressly agreed. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages to the maximum extent permitted by law. A final aggregate liability cap and governing law must be stated in the signed order before paid production activation.
9. Contact
Questions go to support@certdraft.com. Paid production checkout remains disabled until the operator’s full legal name, address, governing law, and final liability terms are shown and accepted.
